At OptiFi Technologies LLP, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and returns for both IT-related services and e-commerce orders.

Section A: IT Services & Subscriptions

This section applies to services such as IT consulting, website development, cloud hosting, software implementation, and subscription-based support.

  • No Refunds: Once service delivery has begun, payments are non-refundable.
  • Prepaid Contracts: Services prepaid in advance are non-cancellable after initiation.
  • Performance Delays: Refunds will not be granted due to third-party platform limitations, delayed inputs, or lack of client communication.

All service scopes are mutually agreed upon before work starts. In case of dissatisfaction, please contact us to resolve issues amicably.

Section B: E-Commerce Orders (Products Purchased Online)

This section applies to physical items purchased through our website (www.optifitechnologies.com).

  • Return Eligibility: Only products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered are eligible for return.
  • Return Window: Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging with labels intact.
  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Downloadable software or license keys
  • Subscription plans or monthly service packages
  • Orders returned without original packaging or in used condition

Cancellations

You may cancel your order or service before initiation or dispatch. Post-dispatch or post-initiation, cancellations are not allowed. Any approved cancellation will incur Razorpay or payment gateway deductions before refund.

Logistics & Delivery Failures

If delivery fails due to customer-side issues (incorrect address, non-availability), re-delivery charges may apply. Orders unclaimed within 5 business days may be cancelled without refund.
