Student information system

Scholÿn — one student record, from enquiry to leaving certificate

Scholÿn holds the student: the enquiry that started it, the documents, the guardians, the section, the marks and the attendance. One record, so the registrar, the class teacher and the principal are reading the same thing rather than three spreadsheets that disagree.

We build Scholÿn ourselves. The team that wrote it is the team that installs it and answers the phone afterwards.

Who it is for

  • CBSE, ICSE and State board schools
  • Schools running more than one board on one campus
  • Registrars and admissions teams
  • Nurseries and pre-primary sections

What it does

Modules that exist today. Nothing on this page is a roadmap item.

Admissions

Every enquiry captured once — application, documents, offer and seat allocation — so nothing sits in an inbox and no family is chased twice.

One student record

Profiles, guardians, sections, documents and academic history in a single place, with the duplicate-child problem handled rather than ignored.

Guardians and custody

Who may collect, who receives communication, and who signs — recorded, not remembered.

Sections and movement

Promotion, transfer between sections and mid-year joiners handled as events on the record.

Documents with expiry

Certificates and IDs tracked with dates, so a missing document surfaces before an inspection does.

Gradebook and assessment

Marks, grades and progress recorded against the student, feeding report cards without a rebuild each term.

Sibling and waitlist handling

A family applying for three children is one conversation, not three applications.

Parent portal

Families see attendance, results and notices themselves instead of phoning the office.

Where it meets Indian rules

Built for the regime you actually file under — not adapted from somewhere else.

DPDP Act 2023 — children's data
Student data is children's data under section 9, which sets a higher bar. Consent, retention and access are recorded rather than assumed.
Board and UDISE+ reporting
Student, section and attendance data held in the shape the returns are built from, instead of being reassembled by hand each cycle.
Transfer and leaving certificates
Academic history stays on the record, so a TC is generated from what the school already holds.

What it is not

Scholÿn is about students. Staff attendance, leave and HR records are CampusTrack.

See Scholÿn on your own data

We will scope it against how your institution actually runs, and tell you plainly if it is the wrong fit. Consultations are free.
